Day 27: The Hidden Structure

Finished Inside Front Hem

From the outside, the pocket is clean, effortless, seamless. But turn it around, and the layers reveal themselves—cotton interlining, stabilizing stitches, uneven yet deliberate edges. Reinforcement where it matters, shaping what will never be seen.

Here, too, the work continues beyond the pocket—into the layers supporting the back vent, ensuring strength, movement, and longevity. The structure will soon be hidden, but its presence will be felt in every step.

Bespoke tailoring is as much about what remains unseen as what is on display.
